Confirmation:
Once we have received your booking, confirmation will be sent by email - this may take 1-2 days. Joining instructions will be sent approximately 2 weeks before the course.

Terms and conditions:
In the event of a cancellation, not less than 1 month prior to the event, full payment will be refunded less 25% to cover administration expenses. No refund will be possible after 1 month, but substitutions can be made. Transfers can be made incurring 15% administration expense. No more than two transfers can be made by any one delegate on any one course. Cancellations must be made in writing. ComKnow reserves the right to alter or cancel the programme or speakers where necessary. In the event of ComKnow cancelling, a full refund will be given or transfer offered.

Venue:
Full details will be sent with information of your course booking. ComKnow reserves the right to change the course venue but will make every effort to give sufficient notice of such changes.

Delegates:
We do not book more than 20 delegates per course so that the trainer has an opportunity to address individual delegates’ needs and a high level of interaction is achieved.

Trainers:
ComKnow has a selection of highly qualified trainers. Many of the courses also introduce guest speakers with invaluable experience in the world of public affairs.

Timings:
Courses start at either 9.00am or 9.30am and finish at approximately 5.00pm. Lunch is provided during a one-hour break and refreshments are provided at intervals throughout the day. Timetables will be confirmed in the joining instructions once a booking has been made.
