Patrick Law is Director of Corporate Affairs at Barratt Developments PLC, one of the UK’s largest housebuilders and is a member of the company’s Executive Committee. He is responsible for communications strategy and relationships with the company’s investor, media and employee audiences. He is also responsible for managing the growing public policy agenda in the housing sector.
Previously he held a number of senior roles at Centrica including Director of the CEO’s office, Corporate Affairs Director for British Gas and Director of Public Affairs. He was responsible for the introduction of the company’s long term partnership with Help the Aged as well as a number of other award winning CSR projects. He chaired the Judging Panel of the New Statesman’s Upstart Programme, a national competition to identify and promote social entrepreneurs.
He was educated at Oxford, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Trustee of NEA, the fuel poverty charity.
